Season's Greetings!

Welcome to the first of Go Jute’s monthly newsletters.

2011 has been an exciting year for us at Go Jute. The business continues to undergo some interesting changes and due to high demand we’ve extended our range of promotional products, not to mention the launch of our new website www.gojute.co.uk which will be live this week.

We have been expanding our customer base and range of products even further this year and can now offer a greater range of styles and new design ideas for your Jute bags & promotional products. Production from our UK based site has increased and we can produce an impressive 5000 bags per day! This means that we are even better equipped to handle orders of any size, if necessary at short notice.

Also, due to increasing demand, we have expanded our range and can now offer printed promotional items such as pens, mugs, clothing and much more, which means  greater variety for our clients. We still offer our fantastic full range of jute products, all stylish, ethically produced, re-usable and non-polluting, plus our bespoke design service so that you can have exactly the product you want.

Meanwhile our Director, Gary Warren, has been rubbing shoulders with Ralph McTell, read more below.

Lastly, we have 30 FREE 2012 diaries for up for grabs!  Email us at info@gojute.co.uk to recieve yours!

Please don’t hesitate to call with any queries or why not catch up with us on Facebook and Twitter?

Bye for now, have a super Christmas!

Keepers of the cream since 1890

Delicious Cornish clotted cream producer Rodda's have been producing and supplying the world with indulgent cream, butter and milk since 1890. As one of the county's most iconic exports, we were very chuffed indeed to print and produce 10,000 cotton shopper bags displaying their new brand identity and strapline 'Keepers of the cream since 1890'. The bags were given away at events throughout the summer such as the Royal Cornwall Show.

The Perfect Wedding

In this month's issue of Perfect Wedding magazine Go Jute had a mention for Favour bags produced for a client's wedding in Cilligerran, Wales. The couple knew that they wanted something a bit different and loved the idea of an outdoor wedding, deciding on a weekend long mini festival. The small jute bags were printed with the invite design on the front saying 'Thankyou for coming', inside the couple put packs of retro sweets and fun bubbles for the guests.

Libary Bags for Cornwall Council

A very successful campaign by Cornwall Council has resulted in thousands of our jute bags being sold through their libraries in the last 12 months alone. Having just recieved their new jute bags for next year with brand new designs, this will be the 4th year in a row and they are already selling extremely well!

Jute bags are ideal for carrying heavy books, much more durable and hard-wearing then plastic carrier bags, and who wants to advertise supermarkets anyway?!

Love Birds

The 20th Cornwall MacMillan Christmas Fair was held in November at the Hotel Bristol in Newquay, and raised in excess of £25,000 for Cornwall Macmillan Cancer Support. That brings the total raised by Macmillan over the past 20 years to a massive £360,000.

Go Jute were given a mention in January's issue of Cornwall Today Magazine this month, displaying the 'Love Birds'  banner & hessian bags we produced specificially for the event.

Ralph McTell Tour 2011

We were honoured to be asked to produce merchandise bags for 60's folk singer songwriter Ralph McTell earlier this year. His latest tour sold out following an appearance on radio BBC2 with huge success. Banners, bags and other merchandise material is in production for his Australian Tour 2012.

Wrapping days are over!

These cute litlle gift bags are perfect to use as an alternative to wrapping paper for special little presents. Nusa Kitchens are using them to deliver food to offices throughout London. Great alternative to plastic carrier bags; eco and reusable.

We have them in over 12 different colours and can printed with any design of your choice, very sweet, even if we do say so ourselves!
